Ordering Place the items you would like to order in the shopping cart. When you check out, your shipping will be calculated for you. You do not need a Paypal account. You may use your credit card as you would on any other website. After you submit your order through the PayPal shopping cart you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail that list what you ordered.
Note: PayPal eChecks generally take 4-5 days to clear & order is not e-mailed to us until it is. If you want immediate service please remit funds via credit card or your PayPal balance.
Return Policy Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Shipping We ship within the United States/contiguous 48 states. Shipping is by Priority Mail, occasionally we ship via UPS. If your package weight is exceedingly heavy, requiring a substantial increase in the shipping charges, we will notify you by email to obtain additional funds for the overage. Insurance Insurance is at buyer's request & expense. If requested, note in 'Special Instructions' box upon purchase. We will then add it & PayPal invoice you for the insurance costs. Without insurance, once the order has left our hands we can no longer be responsible for it. We will not replace or refund for lost or damaged packages. All of the Wood Boxes are sent insured.
Packages returned to us marked ‘Refused’, ‘Unclaimed’, or ‘Invalid Address’ will be credited back to the customers credit card, less a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping costs we incurred. Please make certain the address you send is correct. If a customer makes a delivery error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If we make an error, we will absorb the additional charges.
